Your Sixers
Pick 8–10. First five you pick start (red). Each player is his best Sixers season; 2026-27 newcomers use their projection.
The Opponent
How the sim works
Every player gets an impact rating
It’s how many points per 100 possessions he added on offense and defense compared with an average player in his own season (Box Plus/Minus). A ’67 Sixer and a ’26 Sixer are judged by how far each stood above his peers.
Pre-1974 gets rebuilt
The league didn’t track steals, blocks or turnovers before 1974, so we estimate those years from what was tracked, then tune every roster so it matches that team’s real offensive and defensive ratings.
Everybody plays today’s game
Today’s pace, today’s three-point line. A great shooter from 1967 takes threes (picked by how good his free-throw stroke was); Wilt doesn’t.
Possession by possession
Real rotations, turnovers, offensive boards, free throws and overtime. Each run is 1,000 games (or 1,000 series), and every result is seeded, so a shared link replays the exact same games.
2026-27 rosters
Pulled from current NBA rosters (Oct 15, 2026). Ratings project from the last three seasons plus an age curve, so a 41-year-old gets docked and a 21-year-old gets a bump. Rookies start at a bench-level baseline.
